Returns Procedure
Acuiri offers customers a 30-day return period from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Customers wishing to return a product must first contact Acuiri Customer Support before sending any items back.

To qualify for a return, products must:

Where applicable, approved returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
