Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount where applicable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item first. Once your return has been approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund reflects in your account.
