The JA Solar 600W N-Type TOPCon Double Glass Bifacial Solar Panel is a high-efficiency photovoltaic module designed to deliver powerful and reliable energy generation for residential, commercial, and industrial solar installations.
Featuring advanced N-Type TOPCon cell technology, a multi-busbar (MBB) design and half-cell configuration, the module achieves an impressive 23.2% efficiency with a rated output of 600W. N-Type technology provides excellent long-term performance, reduced light-induced degradation (LID), improved low-light response and a favourable temperature coefficient for reliable energy production across varying operating conditions.
The panel's bifacial design allows solar energy to be captured from both the front and rear surfaces, providing the potential for additional energy generation when installed in suitable environments where reflected light can reach the rear of the module.
A durable double-glass construction provides enhanced protection against moisture, dust and environmental stresses while supporting long-term outdoor performance. The module is backed by a 12-year product warranty and a 30-year linear power output warranty.
